Thanks for choosing O&O. Every apartment we have is chosen and outfitted with care, so you feel at home the moment you walk in. Check-in is self-service, there’s no front desk waiting in a lobby, but don’t worry, we’re with you every step of the way.

Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive.

How does payment work?

Payment is by credit card and is charged immediately once your booking is confirmed. Prefer to pay by bank transfer or cash? Get in touch with us before booking at +18583301689 or info@o8ogroup.com and we’ll work it out together. Please note, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation.

What if I need to cancel?

Online check-in form

A few days before you arrive, we’ll send you a WhatsApp message with an online check-in form. That’s where you’ll securely upload a photo ID and your credit card details, so everything’s ready for you ahead of time.

Why do we ask for ID and card details?

Since check-in is self-service, we need to confirm that the name on the booking matches who’s actually showing up, and that the payment is yours and not from a stolen card. System acting up? Just email the documents straight to info@o8ogroup.com and we’ll handle it quickly.

How do I get my entry instructions?

On the day you arrive, we’ll send your entry instructions by WhatsApp, text, or email, whatever’s easiest for you. They’ll walk you through getting in, whether it’s a key safe or a door code, plus a few useful tips on the TV, the water heater, and anything else that makes the place feel like yours. Time to head home, what happens at checkout?

Take one last look around to make sure you haven’t left anything behind, and switch off the lights and AC. Lock up and return the key to the safe, just like when you arrived. If there’s a smart lock with a code, the door locks itself behind you.

We’re so happy to have you stay with us, and we’ll do everything we can to make your stay one to remember. Here are a few things worth knowing before you arrive.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

VAT and additional fees: All service fees are included in the price. Guests entering the country on a status other than a tourist visa (B2, B3), including Israeli citizens and dual citizens, are legally required to pay 18% VAT.

Security deposit: A damage deposit is required before check-in. The amount varies by apartment and is detailed on the booking page.

Before you head out, please leave the apartment tidy and take out the trash. If the apartment is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply, as detailed on the booking page.

The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, and the neighbors are part of the home too. Please keep things quiet inside the apartment and on the balcony between 2:00 and 4:00 PM, and between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment or on the balcony, never inside the apartment or anywhere in the building’s common areas. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a charge, as detailed on the booking page.

There’s one thing we won’t budge on. Parties, gatherings, loud music, illegal substances, or any illegal activity such as poker rooms are strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building. Breaking this rule isn’t handled as a fine, it’s grounds for immediate eviction from the apartment, with no refund, and full responsibility falling on you.

Trash goes in the designated bins only, that way we keep the building clean and pleasant for everyone who lives there.

Please note, the minimum age to book is 30.
